Datuk Gnana Doraisamy is the Founder and Managing Director of Agensi Pekerjaan Smart Talents Consultancy Sdn Bhd, with over 30 years of leadership experience across Malaysia’s corporate landscape. He also founded Progressive Allied Security Force Sdn Bhd in 2008, building a strong reputation in security and workforce solutions. Today, he leads Smart Talents with a vision to strengthen Malaysia’s workforce through ethical recruitment, strategic placements, international partnerships, and sustainable manpower solutions.
Mr Siva, our Chief Executive Officer, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from University Putra Malaysia. He brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the Malaysian security industry, with strong expertise in operations, management, and industry development.
Ms G Suthasheni is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Melbourne and a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. She supports business owners with compliance, financial statements, taxation, advisory services, and has hands-on experience in marketing and administration.
Mr RaymondK is a certified ISO 22:000 Lead Auditor and Trainer with a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management. With over 15 years of vast experience in the F&B industry and business management, he specializes in managing foreign workers, liaising with authorities in compliance with Malaysian law, and ensuring successful worker placements based on client requirements.
